Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Cristella VT projektijuhtimine)

Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte Embach Ehitus OÜ ja Cristella VT OÜ sõlmisid projektijuhtimislepingu projekteerimis-ehitustööde juhtimiseks Cristella tehnoloogilise lao rajamisel Võrus. Juhtimislepingu alusel tehtavate tööde maksumus on hinnanguliselt 4 miljonit eurot ilma käibemaksuta. Tööd valmivad 2025. aasta novembris.

Nordeconi kontsern () hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2024. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 224 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd 435 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas.
