Nyrstar: Resultaten van de buitengewone algemene aandeelhoudersvergadering gehouden op 9 december 2019

9 december 2019 om 23u00 CET

Nyrstar (de “Vennootschap”) deelt mee dat vandaag een nieuwe buitengewone algemene vergadering van aandeelhouders plaatsvond, die diende te beraadslagen over de voortzetting van de activiteiten van de Vennootschap en een voorgestelde kapitaalvermindering. De aandeelhouders keurden de voortzetting van de activiteiten van de Vennootschap af. De Vennootschap neemt daarvan akte en de Raad van Bestuur zal het nodige doen om de nodige verslaggeving met haar commissaris voor te bereiden en de bijeenroeping van een nieuwe buitengewone algemene vergadering om formeel te beslissen over de ontbinding.  De aandeelhouders keurden ook de voorgestelde kapitaalvermindering af, waardoor deze geen doorgang vindt.
