Nyrstar publiceert de oproeping voor twee buitengewone algemene aandeelhoudersvergaderingen te houden op 25 maart 2020

24 februari 2020 om 07.00 CET

Nyrstar NV (de “Vennootschap”) nodigde vandaag de houders van aandelen uitgegeven door de Vennootschap uit om op 25 maart 2020 twee buitengewone algemene aandeelhoudersvergaderingen bij te wonen. De eerste buitengewone algemene aandeelhoudersvergadering zal starten om 11u00 te BluePoint, Filip Williotstraat 9, 2600 Antwerpen, België en zal gevolgd worden door een tweede buitengewone algemene aandeelhoudersvergadering.

De volledige oproeping met de agenda, voorgestelde besluiten, toelichting en verslagen van de Raad van Bestuur en van de Commissaris overeenkomstig artikel 2:71 van het Wetboek van vennootschappen en verenigingen kunnen worden geraadpleegd op de website van Nyrstar: .
