Nyrstar NV (de “Vennootschap”) publiceerde vandaag de uitnodiging voor de 2022 gewone algemene aandeelhoudersvergadering te houden op 27 juni 2023 om 11u00 CEST.

De gewone algemene aandeelhoudersvergadering zal fysiek gehouden worden, zonder digitale deelnamemogelijkheid. De praktische modaliteiten van de vergadering worden in de uitnodiging tot de vergadering uiteengezet die op de website van de Vennootschap werd gepubliceerd ().
