Nyxoah annonce la soumission d'un projet de déclaration d'enregistrement pour une inscription publique proposée aux États-Unis

Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgique - le 19 avril 2021 - Nyxoah SA (Euronext Bruxelles : NYXH) (« Nyxoah » ou la « Société »), une société de technologies médicales spécialisée dans le développement et la commercialisation de solutions pour le traitement du Syndrome d’Apnées Obstructives du Sommeil (AOS), a annoncé aujourd'hui qu'elle avait soumis de manière confidentielle un projet de déclaration d'enregistrement sur le formulaire F-1 à la Securities and Exchange Commission (la « SEC ») concernant l'offre publique initiale proposée de ses actions ordinaires. Le nombre d'actions ordinaires à offrir et la fourchette de prix pour l'offre proposée n'ont pas encore été déterminés. L'offre publique initiale devrait avoir lieu dès que la SEC aura terminé son processus d'examen, sous réserve des conditions du marché et autres conditions.

Cette annonce est faite en vertu et conformément à l’article 135 du Securities Act de 1933, tel que modifié (le « Securities Act »).
