OLVI OYJ:N TALOUDELLISTEN RAPORTTIEN JULKAISUAJANKOHDAT VUONNA 2020

Olvi Oyj julkistaa vuoden 2019 tilinpäätöstiedotteen 27.2.2020.

Vuosikertomus julkaistaan viikolla 12. Vuosikertomus sisältää hallituksen toimintakertomuksen, konsernin ja emoyhtiön tilinpäätöksen sekä tilintarkastuskertomuksen tilikaudelta 1.1. – 31.12.2019. Vuosikertomus sisältää vastuullisuusraportin. Samalla julkaistaan selvitys hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä (Corporate Governance Statement) sekä palkat- ja palkkioraportti tilivuodelta 2019.

Olvi Oyj julkistaa vuonna 2020 osavuosikatsaukset:

tammi-maaliskuulta 30.4.2020, tammi-kesäkuulta 18.8.2020 ja tammi-syyskuulta 29.10.2020.

Yhtiön hallitus kutsuu koolle yhtiökokouksen. Yhtiökokouskutsu julkaistaan viikolla 12. Olvi Oyj:n varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen suunniteltu kokouspäivä on keskiviikko 8.4.2020. Yhtiökokoukseen liittyvä aineisto kootaan yhtiön verkkosivuille.

Osakkeenomistajan mahdollinen pyyntö saada vaatimansa asia Olvi Oyj:n varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 2020 käsiteltäväksi tulee toimittaa Olvi Oyj:n hallitukselle 17.2.2020 mennessä. Pyyntö on lähetettävä perusteluineen tai päätösehdotuksineen kirjallisesti osoitteeseen Olvi Oyj, Konsernihallinto, PL 16, 74100 Iisalmi tai sähköpostitse: hallinto(at)olvi.fi.

Tilinpäätöstiedote ja osavuosikatsaukset julkistetaan arviolta klo 9.00 kyseisenä päivänä.

Olvi Oyj noudattaa 30 päivän hiljaista jaksoa ennen tulosjulkistuksia.
