OEG responded to Harju County Court in relation to action from Trigon Asset Management and submitted a counterclaim for compensation of damages

Olympic Entertainment Group AS (OEG) has responded to Harju County Court in relation to the civil proceedings commenced on the basis of an action from Trigon Asset Management (Trigon). OEG requests the court to refuse to hear Trigon’s action or alternatively, to refuse to satisfy the claim and to cancel the preliminary injunction put in place on the basis of Harju County Court’s 03.08.2018 ruling.

OEG also filed a counterclaim against Trigon demanding compensation for damages in the amount of approx. EUR 16.3 million caused so far by Trigon’s unlawful action and the preliminary injunction securing that action. The preliminary injunction securing Trigon’s unlawful action is causing damages to OEG as due to this measure, OEG is deprived of the means required for implementing customary management incentive program and following its expansive business strategy through increase of the share capital as planned.
