40 443 kpl Orion Oyj:n A-osaketta muunnettu B-osakkeiksi

Orion Oyj:n yhtiöjärjestyksen 3 §:n nojalla on muunnettu 40 443 A-osaketta 40 443 B-osakkeeksi. Muuntaminen on merkitty kaupparekisteriin 28.12.2022.

Orion Oyj:n osakkeiden kokonaismäärä on 141 134 278 kpl. Muuntamisen jälkeen A-osakkeita on 34 186 494 kpl ja B-osakkeita 106 947 784 kpl. Yhtiön osakkeiden tuottama äänimäärä muunnon jälkeen on yhteensä 790 677 664.
