570 000 kpl Orion Oyj:n A-osaketta muunnettu B-osakkeiksi

Orion Oyj:n yhtiöjärjestyksen 3 §:n nojalla on muunnettu 570 000 A-osaketta 570 000 B-osakkeeksi. Muuntaminen on merkitty kaupparekisteriin 21.6.2023.

Orion Oyj:n osakkeiden kokonaismäärä on 141 134 278 kpl. Muuntamisen jälkeen A-osakkeita on 33 462 382 kpl ja B-osakkeita 107 671 896 kpl. Yhtiön osakkeiden tuottama äänimäärä muunnon jälkeen on yhteensä 776 919 536.
