520 144 kpl Orion Oyj:n A-osaketta muunnettu B-osakkeiksi

Orion Oyj:n yhtiöjärjestyksen 3 §:n nojalla on muunnettu 520 144 A-osaketta 520 144 B-osakkeeksi. Muuntaminen on merkitty kaupparekisteriin 2.6.2020.

Orion Oyj:n osakkeiden kokonaismäärä on 141 257 828 kpl. Muuntamisen jälkeen A-osakkeita on 35 507 125 kpl ja B-osakkeita 105 750 703 kpl. Yhtiön osakkeiden tuottama äänimäärä muunnon jälkeen on yhteensä 815 893 203.
