Parsons’ Board of Directors Authorizes Stock Repurchase Program

CENTREVILLE, Va., Aug. 11, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $100 million of the company’s common stock. The repurchase program permits the company to acquire shares, in the open market, in privately negotiated transactions or otherwise.
