AS Pro Kapital Grupp poolt hotelliettevõtte võimalikust ostmisest Sitsiilias

AS Pro Kapital Grupp (Pro Kapital) allkirjastas 26. aprillil 2022 eellepingu, millega avaldas soovi osta ettevõtte P.K. Sicily S.P.A. (registreeritud Milanos, Itaalias), mis omab ja opereerib hotelli Domina Zagarella Sicily, 100% osaluse.

Antud lepingu sõlmimisega reserveeris Pro Kapital oma õigused soetada ettevõtte osalus 12 miljoni euro eest ning alustas juriidilist ja finantsilist due diligence’i. Pro Kapitalil oli aega 30. septembrini 2022, et otsustada ostu lõpuleviimise või ostust loobumise üle.

Kuna juriidiline ja finantsiline due diligence on võtnud oodatust rohkem aega, on osapooled leppinud kokku, et Pro Kapitalil on aega 31. jaanuarini 2023, et otsustada ostu lõpuleviimise või ostust loobumise üle.

Domina Zagarella 340 hotellitoa ja erinevate teenustega asub Santa Flavias, mere ääres, Palermo vahetus läheduses.
