PARANDUS: Teade vahetusvõlakirjade PKG1 lunastamisest

AS Pro Kapital Grupp teatab, et on lunastamas  90 459 “EEK 7.00 PRO KAPITAL GRUPP VAHETUSVÕLAKIRI PKG1 09-2021” vahetusvõlakirja (ISIN EE33000104033) nimiväärtusega kokku 904 590 Eesti krooni ja lunastusväärtuses 253 285,20 eurot ning on esitanud Nasdaq Väärtpaberite Keskdepositooriumile taotluse võlakirjade kustutamiseks registrist.

Vahetusvõlakirjad kandsid intressi 7% kalendriaastas. Iga vahetusvõlakirja väljalaskehind oli 2,80 eurot. Võlakirjade omanike nimekiri on fikseeritud 13. augustil 2021 ning lunastusmakse tehakse 30. augustil 2021.

Eilses teates oli nimiväärtus eksklikult kajastatud väljalaskehinnana eurodes, tegelik lunastatavate võlakirjade nimiväärtus on kokku 904 590 Eesti krooni.
