OKTV, A Purespectrum Inc. (PSRU: OTC) Subsidiary, Signs a Content and Distribution Agreement with VH2 Networks
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via OTC PR WIRE -- OKTV (Opportunity Knocks), a wholly owned subsidiary of Purespectrum Inc. (PSRU: OTC), has entered into a content and distribution agreement with VH2 Networks.
Under the new deal, the two broadcasters will each share 12 hours of original programming per week and broadcast that content on all of their extensive delivery platforms. This straight swap represents a truly symbiotic deal where both parties stand to benefit. The programming will be exchanged around December 1st, 2018. As such, this vastly increases the footprint of the OKTV brand into the large Atlanta market and possibly up to 15 other markets via cable and other air channels.
The agreement is great news for viewers of both networks who will have the privilege of enjoying new programming that is entertaining as well as engaging. OKTV’s goal has consistently been to bring families back together through engaging programming.
OKTV recently witnessed record viewership figures over a 30-day period with 1,119,516 viewers. This niche network has demonstrated rapid growth which was critical to securing a partnership with VH2, an established network, who benefits from an estimated 20 million viewers per month.
