Q Investments Announces Name Change to Organic Flower Investments Group Inc. and Continuation into British Columbia

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Q Investments Ltd. (TSX.V: QI) (OTC: QILFF) (the “Company”) announces that, pursuant to a directors’ resolution, the Company will be continued from the laws of Bermuda to the laws of British Columbia under the Business Corporation Act (British Columbia) (the “Continuation”). Concurrently with the Continuation, the Company will change its name to “Organic Flower Investments Group Inc.”

The Company’s common shares are expected to commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new symbol “SOW” on or about December 10, 2018. 

There is no change in the share capital of the Company.  No action will be required by existing shareholders or holders of warrants with respect to the name change or the Continuation. Certificates representing common shares and warrants of the Company will not be affected by the name change or the Continuation and will not need to be exchanged.  The Company’s new CUSIP number is 68622A102 and its new ISIN number is CA68622A1021.
