QPR Software commences co-determination negotiations regarding temporary lay-offs concerning part of the personnel – measures needed to address COVID-19

QPR Software Plc initiates co-determination negotiations in its Operational Development Consulting unit with the aim of adjusting operations in the circumstances caused by COVID-19. The negotiations may lead to temporary full-time or part-time layoffs and reorganizing of work tasks for financial and production-related reasons.

The need for adjustment is due to the business impact of the Covid-19 situation. The goal is to mitigate the short-term financial impacts through reorganizing and streamlining operations. Since the business impact of the Covid-19 -situation is estimated to be temporary, redundancies are not considered in the negotiations.

Negotiations are carried out in the Operational Development Consulting unit, which has 23 employees. A preliminary estimate of the number of persons to be laid off is 9, at maximum. Negotiations will commence on September 7, 2020.
