RAPT Therapeutics Announces Pricing of $75 Million Public Offering
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Feb. 07, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RAPT Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: RAPT), a clinical-stage immunology-based biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing and commercializing oral small molecule therapies for patients with significant unmet needs in oncology and inflammatory diseases, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 2,500,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $30.00 per share.
In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 375,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. The gross proceeds of the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by RAPT, are expected to be $75.0 million, excluding any exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The offering is expected to close on February 11, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
