Gennemførelse af aktiesplit

På den ordinære generalforsamling i ROCKWOOL A/S ("Selskabet") den 2. april 2025 blev der truffet beslutning om at gennemføre et aktiesplit i forholdet 1:10, hvorved hver eksisterende aktie à nominelt 10 DKK opdeles i 10 aktier à nominelt 1 DKK.

Aktiesplittet er nu gennemført. Efter gennemførelse af aktiesplittet udgør Selskabets aktiekapital i alt nominelt 216.207.090 DKK fordelt på 216.207.090 aktier à nominelt 1 DKK, heraf 98.178.390 A-aktier og 118.028.700 B-aktier.
