Les actionnaires de Rubis sont invités à participer à l’Assemblée Générale Mixte qui se tiendra le :

Jeudi 12 juin 2025 à 14 heures

à Salle Pleyel- 252, rue du Faubourg saint-Honoré - 75008 Paris

L’ordre du jour, le projet de résolutions ainsi que les modalités de participation et de vote à l’Assemblée sont détaillés dans l’avis de réunion publié au Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (Balo) du 5 mai 2025 qui est également disponible sur le site internet de la Société ( sous la rubrique « Investisseurs - Assemblée Générale – 2025 Assemblée Générale Mixte »).

L’avis de convocation sera publié dans un journal d’annonces légales et au Balo dans les délais légaux.

Les documents et informations relatives à cette Assemblée sont tenus à la disposition des actionnaires dans les conditions légales et réglementaires en vigueur et sont disponibles sur le site internet de la Société ( sous la rubrique « Investisseurs - Assemblée Générale - 2025 Assemblée Générale Mixte »).
