RUBIS: Rubis et I Squared Capital finalisent un accord pour la cession de la participation de Rubis dans Rubis Terminal

Rubis annonce que les négociations exclusives ouvertes avec I Squared Capital concernant la cession de sa participation de 55 % dans la JV Rubis Terminal ont abouti à un accord définitif aux conditions financières annoncées le 13 mars 2024.

Cet accord fait suite à la consultation des instances représentatives du personnel et la délivrance d'un avis favorable par le comité social et économique de Rubis Terminal.

L'opération reste soumise aux autorisations réglementaires habituelles, y compris celles des autorités de la concurrence et des comités d'investissements étrangers. La clôture de l'opération est prévue pour mi-2024.
