Savosolar Plc’s Annual General Meeting is postponed to be held on 12 May 2023

Savosolar Plc's ("Savosolar") Annual General Meeting that was summoned to be held on Wednesday 10 May 2023 at 14.00 is postponed to be held on Friday 12 May 2023 at 10.00. Meeting venue is Rake-Sali Ball Room, address Erottajankatu 4C, Finland. Therefore, Savosolar cancels the Annual General Meeting that was summoned to be held on Wednesday 10 May 2023.

Savosolar sends a notice to the Annual General Meeting to be held on 12 May 2023 later today. The agenda of the meeting and the proposals made to the General Meeting remain unchanged.
