Godt resultat for 2024 og forventning om fortsat højt aktivitetsniveau i 2025

På baggrund af de foreløbige og ureviderede regnskabstal fra koncernens virksomheder vurderes det nu, at Schouw & Co. koncernens omsætning i 2024 vil udgøre i størrelsesordenen 34,7 mia. kr. mod senest forventet 34,1-35,7 mia. kr., mens koncernens indtjening vurderes at udgøre et EBITDA på ca. 2.930 mio. kr. mod et senest forventet interval på 2.810-2.980 mio. kr.

Koncernens største virksomhed, BioMar, samt virksomhederne HydraSpecma og Fibertex Personal Care har alle realiseret et EBITDA i toppen af – eller over – de senest meddelte forventningsintervaller, mens koncernens øvrige virksomheder har realiseret et resultat omkring den nedre del af de forventede resultatintervaller.

På trods af betydelige markedsmæssige usikkerheder forventer Schouw & Co. samlet set at fastholde et højt aktivitetsniveau i 2025, hvor alle koncernens virksomheder, med undtagelse af Fibertex Personal Care, forventer et uændret eller øget aktivitetsniveau. Resultatmæssigt forventer alle koncernens virksomheder, med undtagelse af Fibertex Personal Care, at realisere et EBITDA på niveau med 2024 eller bedre.

På den baggrund forventer Schouw & Co. koncernen i 2025 at realisere en omsætning i størrelses­ordenen 33,4-35,9 mia. kr. med et EBITDA i intervallet 2.820-3.120 mio. kr. Koncernens omsætning kan dog som altid blive påvirket af ændrede råvarepriser og valutakurser uden nødvendigvis nogen større resultateffekt.

Schouw & Co. vil offentliggøre årsrapporten for 2024 torsdag den 6. marts 2025.
