HydraSpecma køber vinddivisionen i Ymer Technology

HydraSpecma har indgået aftale om køb af vinddivisionen i den svenske industrikoncern Ymer Technology. Transaktionen indebærer, at vinddivisionen skal udskilles i en separat enhed, og aftalen er derfor indgået med forbehold for gennemførelsen heraf samt for sædvanlige myndighedsgodkendelser.

Vinddivisionen, der udgør ca. 80% af de samlede aktiviteter i Ymer Technology, har hovedkontor i Silkeborg og beskæftiger ca. 180 medarbejdere. Divisionen forventes i 2022 at realisere en omsætning i størrelsesordenen SEK 800 mio. med et acceptabelt EBITDA. I 2023 forventes omsætningen og resultatet før omkostninger til integrationen at være højere end i 2022. Aftalen er baseret på en enterprise value på SEK 835 mio.

Vindmølleindustrien står fra 2024 over for massiv vækst, og vinddivisionen i Ymer Technology er stærkt positioneret til at tage del i denne udvikling. Divisionen har køling og konditionering af vindmøllers naceller som det primære forretningsområde og komplementerer dermed den eksisterende specialistviden om vindmøller i HydraSpecma. Med overtagelsen styrker HydraSpecma sin position som en førende leverandør til vindmølleindustrien inden for udvikling og produktion af systemer til køling, smøring, filtrering og pitchregulering samt af slanger og rørledningsartikler.
