Shore Capital was notified today that Elizabeth van Messel, the wife of Michael van Messel, a Senior Executive of the Company, has bought 201,283 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.45 per share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Michael van Messel and connected persons' beneficial interest in the Company is 967,127 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.48% of the issued share capital of the Company.
