Sierra Monitor Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.01 per Share

Twenty-sixth consecutive quarterly dividend issued by company

Milpitas, California, Jan. 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sierra Monitor Corporation (OTCQB: SRMC), a provider of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions that target facility automation and facility safety requirements, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share of common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on February 15, 2019 to shareholders of record on February 1, 2019. This is the twenty-sixth consecutive quarterly dividend to be paid by the company and represents a quarterly payout of $102,424 in aggregate, based on 10,242,418 shares outstanding as of December 31, 2018.
