Marico Scales National Transportation Network on SemiCab’s Collaborative Transportation Platform

(“Algorhythm”) (NASDAQ: RIME) – a leading AI technology company, today announced that SemiCab has achieved a significant expansion of its transportation services engagement with Marico, one of India’s leading consumer goods companies that operates in the global beauty and wellness space.
The expansion represents an annualized revenue opportunity of approximately $3 million for SemiCab and represents the fifth multi-million dollar contract the company has executed this year.
Marico’s decision to scale its transportation network on SemiCab’s Collaborative Transportation Platform followed its successful completion of an initial pilot program with SemiCab. The expanded engagement will support Marico’s nationwide operations with greater service consistency, improved planning accuracy, and significantly reduced transportation costs.
The Marico expansion follows several significant contract wins for SemiCab in 2025 and reinforces SemiCab’s position as a managed transportation partner for large enterprises across India. Its managed services offering is powered by its AI-powered technology platform, which reduces empty miles, improves asset utilization, and strengthens on-time performance across complex long haul freight networks.
