Change of Capital and Cancellation of Shares
During its meeting held on 10 December 2019, the Board of Directors of SOCIETE BIC decided, as authorized by the Shareholders, to proceed to:
- a capital increase through the issuance of 22,520 new shares following exercise of share subscription options from 1st of November 2018 to 31 December 2018,
- a capital decrease through cancellation of 478,667 shares.
Upon completion of these transactions, the share capital of SOCIETE BIC amounts to 173,933,156.80 euros divided into 45,532,240 shares of 3.82 euros each, fully paid-up.
