JPTE Secures Joint Venture Partnership with Swiss AMG Asia Pacific Limited
SOMERSET, N.J., Aug. 18, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JP 3E Holdings, Inc. (“JP3E”) (OTC: JPTE), is proud to announce an update on the formation of a new partnership with Hong Kong company Swiss AMG Asia Pacific Limited. JP3E and Swiss AMG Asia Pacific Ltd. have agreed to terms for the formation of a new supply chain and value-added services partnership. This relationship will also provide a reliable delivery of strategic high value, high purity minerals, and materials needed for the production of advanced electronics and components for the Artificial Intelligence (AI) semiconductor industry, along with other sophisticated technology products.
Swiss AMG Asia Pacific Limited has a successful 30-year business history and is an expert in manufacturing supply chain solutions for advanced materials. It is a subsidiary of Swiss AMG Holdings in Switzerland.
