StoneCastle Financial Corp. Announces Net Asset Value as of September 30, 2020 and Sets Date to Host the Third Fiscal Quarter 2020 Earnings Conference Call

DENVER, Oct. 21, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- StoneCastle Financial Corp., (NASDAQ: BANX) ("StoneCastle Financial" or the “Company”), today announced that the Company’s September 30, 2020 Net Asset Value (“NAV”) was $20.93. The NAV was down ($0.11) from the prior month which reflects the September dividend of $0.38 per share paid to shareholders on September 30, 2020. After reinvestment of this dividend, the NAV was up +1.55% as compared to the prior month-end.

StoneCastle Financial will host a conference call for investors and other interested parties beginning at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Thursday, November 12, 2020 to discuss the Company’s financial results and investment performance and provide its current views on bank-related assets and the community banking market. The call will be hosted by Sanjai Bhonsle, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Patrick Farrell, Chief Financial Officer.
