Luxembourg 2 October 2023 – Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC, ADR: SUBCY) (the “Company”) announced that on 2 October 2023, the Company has transferred 253,460 shares held in treasury to satisfy employee share awards under the Company’s Long-term Incentive Plan. Following this transfer, the number of common shares held in treasury is 3,839,804 representing 1.26% of the Company's issued common shares. The total number of shares in issue, including treasury shares, is unchanged at 304,294,272.

Subsea7 awarded contract in the Mediterranean Sea Luxembourg – 9 February 2026 - Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC, ADR: SUBCY) today announced the award of a substantial1 contract by Chevron for subsea installation in the Eastern Mediterranean. Subsea7’s scope includes the transport and installation of approximately 17 kilometres of subsea flowlines and umbilicals.
