Talenom expands its operations in Spain by acquiring an accounting firm in the Galicia region
Talenom Plc has agreed to acquire the entire share capital of Bv Coruña Asesoría De Empresas, S.l., an accounting firm operating in the Galicia region, in northwest Spain. The acquired company will be transferred to Talenom on 23 February 2023. Bv Coruña Asesoría De Empresas, S.l. provides accounting, tax and other advisory services mainly to SMEs in the region.
The net sales transferred to Talenom from the acquired company is some EUR 0.9 million annually. The company employs a total of 17 persons who will continue to work for Talenom. In the short term, the acquisition will not have any significant impact on Talenom’s financial position or future outlook.
Talenom combines software development with expertise in the accounting industry in a unique way. The aim of the company is to grow both organically and through acquisitions in Finland and in Europe.
