AS Tallink Grupp asutas Lätis tütarettevõtte

AS-i Tallink Grupp 100% osalusega tütarettevõte AS Tallink Latvija registreeris eelmisel nädalal 100% osalusega tütarettevõtte Lätis – SIA BK Properties. Ettevõtete asutamise eesmärgiks on kinnisvara omandamine Burger King restoranide opereerimiseks Lätis. Restorane opereerib SIA Tallink Fast Food Latvia.

Tütarettevõtete loomine ei oma mõju AS-i Tallink Grupp ja tema tütarettevõtete („kontsern“) konsolideeritud majandustulemusele. Tütarettevõtte loomine ei ole käsitletav olulise osaluse omandamisena Nasdaq Tallinn reglemendi osa "Nõuded Emitentidele" tähenduses ega avalda olulist mõju kontserni tegevusele. AS Tallink Grupp nõukogu ja juhatuse liikmed ei ole tehingutest muul viisil isiklikult huvitatud.
