Muudatused AS-i Tallink Grupp tütarettevõtetes

AS-i Tallink Grupp (Selts) 100% osalusega tütarettevõte AS Hansatee Cargo ühinemine Seltsi 100% osalusega tütarettevõttega AS Tallink registreeriti 20.02.2020. Ühinemise käigus ühines AS Hansatee Cargo (ühendatav ühing) AS-iga Tallink (ühendav ühing) ning kustutati seejärel äriregistrist. AS Hansatee Cargo oli tegevusetu ning ühinemise eesmärgiks oli Seltsi struktuuri parandamine.

Tütarettevõtete ühendamine ei ole käsitletav olulise osaluse võõrandamisena Nasdaq Tallinn reglemendi osa "Nõuded Emitentidele" tähenduses ega avalda olulist mõju kontserni tegevusele. AS Tallink Grupp nõukogu ja juhatuse liikmed ei ole tehingutest muul viisil isiklikult huvitatud.

Selts otsustas täna valida oma 100% osalusega tütarettevõtte OÜ Tallink Fast Food juhatuse liikmeks Katre Kõvask. OÜ Tallink Fast Food juhatus on kaheliikmeline ning sinna kuuluvad Katre Kõvask ja Jaak Veskimeister.
