Uute aktsiate märkimise eesõiguse kasutamise ex-päev

02.08.2021 avalikustas Aktsiaselts Tallink Grupp börsiteate oma kavatsuse kohta suurendada aktsiakapitali, teha avalik pakkumine ja fikseerida aktsionäride nimekiri, kellel on õigus kasutada uute aktsiate märkimise eesõigust. Vastav börsiteade on kättesaadav .

Uute aktsiate märkimise eesõigust kasutama õigustatud aktsionäride nimekiri fikseeritakse 17.08.2021 tööpäeva lõpu seisuga (record date). Väärtpaberitega seotud õiguste muutumise päev (ex-date) ehk päev, alates millest kauplevad aktsiad ilma märkimise eesõiguseta, on seega 16.08.2021.
