Textmunication Focuses on Strategic Partnerships at IHRSA
PLEASANT HILL, CA, March 12, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Textmunication Holdings, Inc. (OTCM: TXHD) (“TXHD”), a cloud-based communication technology holding company, will be attending the 2019 International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) convention March 13-15 in San Diego. IHRSA represents over 10,000 for-profit health and fitness facilities and over 650 supplier companies in 71 countries. Textmunication will be meeting with its Club Management Software (CMS) partners and meeting potential new mobile marketing partners in the fitness sector.
The IHRSA convention brings industry leaders, health clubs and fitness vendors together for educational seminars and introductions to the newest health and fitness technology and equipment innovation. Textmunication offers a robust mobile marketing platform capable of engaging with both health club prospects and members. Textmunication has plans to expand its technology offering through technology enhancements and acquisitions. The Company will be meeting with potential new partnership and acquisition targets during the IHRSA convention.
The Company is moving forward on its plan to acquire ‘Off Day Trainer’ from The RELENTLESS Management Group (“RMG”), a technology management firm based in San Luis Obispo, California. The ODT platform focuses on mobile engagement for the personal training industry. The patented platform will be integrated with Textmunication’s Smart Automated Messaging (SAM) platform allowing for a best-in-class scalable fitness mobile marketing platform with access to more than 300,000 personal trainers and more than 35,000 North American health clubs.
Textmunication expects a 20% penetration rate of the 300,000 personal training market within the first-year post-integration plus another 25% conversion of SAM users to the ODT solution. ODT will be offered as a bundled package or a separate offering on the SAM platform. The ODT platform is a full-on client management system for personal trainers providing lead generation and follow up tools with some of the biggest names in the training industry utilizing the solution.
