Uitkering van het interim-dividend op 22 augustus



Zoals op 28 juli 2023 aangekondigd, zal een bruto interim-dividend van € 0,25 per aandeel (ISIN BE0974320526) uitgekeerd worden op dinsdag 22 augustus 2023. 

Vanaf vrijdag 18 augustus 2023 zal het aandeel zonder coupon verhandeld worden. De registratiedatum is vastgelegd op maandag 21 augustus 2023.

De System Paying Agent voor de uitbetaling van het interim-dividend 2023 is:

Over Umicore

Umicore’s industriële en commerciële activiteiten evenals haar activiteiten met betrekking tot O&O zijn verspreid over de hele wereld om zo goed mogelijk op de behoeften van haar internationale klanten te kunnen inspelen. De Groep boekte in 2022 inkomsten (metaal niet inbegrepen) van € 4,2 miljard (omzet van € 25,4 miljard) en had meer dan 11.000 mensen in dienst.
