(„Westport“ oder das „Unternehmen“) (TSX: WPRT / Nasdaq: WPRT), ein weltweit führender Anbieter von emissionsarmen alternativen Kraftstofftechnologien, hat heute bekanntgegeben, dass das Unternehmen ein Bid Price Compliance Letter vom Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff der Nasdaq Stock Market LLC („Nasdaq“) erhalten hat, in dem dem Unternehmen mitgeteilt wird, dass es die Mindestkursanforderung gemäß Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1) für die weitere Notierung am Nasdaq Capital Market® wieder erfüllt.

Am 14. Februar 2023 stellte die Nasdaq fest, dass der Schlusskurs der Stammaktien des Unternehmens an den letzten zehn aufeinanderfolgenden Geschäftstagen vom 31. Januar 2023 bis zum 13. Februar 2023 bei 1,00 $ pro Aktie oder darüber lag. Dementsprechend erfüllt das Unternehmen die Listing Rule 5450(a)(1) wieder und es betrachtet diese Angelegenheit somit als abgeschlossen.
