VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 16, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Westport Fuel Systems Inc. ("Westport" o la "Società") (TSX: WPRT / Nasdaq: WPRT), leader globale nelle tecnologie di trasporto con carburanti alternativi a basse emissioni, ha annunciato oggi di aver ricevuto una Lettera di conformità al prezzo d'offerta da parte del Dipartimento ammissioni alla quotazione di Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq"), che notifica alla Società di aver ripristinato la conformità al requisito del prezzo minimo d’offerta ai sensi della Regola di quotazione del Nasdaq 5450(a)(1) per continuare a essere quotata su The Nasdaq Capital Market®.

Il 14 febbraio 2023, il Nasdaq ha accertato che negli ultimi 10 giorni lavorativi consecutivi, dal 31 gennaio 2023 al 13 febbraio 2023, il prezzo di offerta di chiusura delle azioni ordinarie della Società è stato pari o superiore a 1,00 USD per azione. Di conseguenza, la Società ha ripristinato la conformità con la Regola di quotazione 5450(a)(1) e considera chiusa la vicenda.
