HOUSTON, Jan. 08, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- (the “Company” or “C-Bond”) (OTC: CBNT), a nanotechnology company that improves and strengthens brittle materials, announced today it has received notice that “C-Bond NanoShield” has been approved by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) as a registered trademark. C-Bond NanoShield™ is a glass strengthening solution that protects windshields against chipping and cracking caused from rocks and other road debris.

, available with or without a hydrophobic (water repellent), improves glass strength and safety by permeating the glass surface and detecting the microscopic flaws and defects randomly distributed all over the glass surface. The product is sprayed directly onto a windshield and then wiped off using a squeegee.
