Willis Lease Finance Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend Reflecting Strong Performance

COCONUT CREEK, Fla., Jan. 24, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Willis Lease Finance Corporation (NASDAQ: WLFC) (“WLFC” or the “Company”) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share on outstanding shares of WLFC common stock. The dividend is expected to be paid on February 21, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 12, 2025.

“This is our third consecutive regular quarterly dividend since June of 2024," said Austin C. Willis, Chief Executive Officer of WLFC. "We believe that our dividend policy speaks to the overall strength of our business model."

WLFC leases large and regional spare commercial aircraft engines, auxiliary power units and aircraft to airlines, aircraft engine manufacturers and maintenance, repair, and overhaul providers worldwide. These leasing activities are integrated with engine and aircraft trading, engine lease pools and asset management services through Willis Asset Management Limited, as well as various end-of-life solutions for engines and aviation materials provided through Willis Aeronautical Services, Inc.
