Muutos WithSecure Oyj:n omien osakkeiden omistuksessa

WithSecure Oyj:n 18.3.2025 pidetty yhtiökokous päätti, että yhtiön hallituksen jäsenten vuosipalkkioista noin 40 prosenttia maksetaan yhtiön osakkeina.

Päätöksen perusteella WithSecure Oyj on luovuttanut vastikkeetta yhteensä 128.221 yhtiön omaa osaketta yhtiön hallituksen jäsenille.

Osakkeiden luovutuksen jälkeen WithSecure Oyj:llä on hallussaan 251.445 kappaletta yhtiön omia osakkeita.
