The 2022 Annual Meeting will be held virtually by means of remote communication on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, and will begin at 11:00 a.m. EST. The live audio webcast of the annual meeting can be accessed by shareholders on the day of the meeting by visiting and entering the 16-digit control number found on the proxy card, voting instruction form or notice of availability of proxy materials.
