Key information related to proposed cash dividend to be paid by Yara International ASA

The Board of Directors of Yara International ASA has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting an ordinary dividend for 2024 of NOK 5.00 per share.

The following are the key dates if the dividend is approved by the Annual General Meeting: 

Dividend amount: 5.00 per share

Declared currency: NOK

Date of approval: 28 May 2025

Last date including right: 28 May 2025

Ex-dividend date: 30 May 2025

Record date for payment: 2 June 2025

Payment date: 11 June 2025

ADR payment date: 18 June 2025
