YORK, Pa., April 06, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The York Water Company (NASDAQ:YORW) today filed additional information to its proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission announcing a change of location for its Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The Annual Meeting will still be held on Monday May 4, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Due to the emerging public health impact of the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) and to support the health and well-being of our partners and shareholders, the Annual Meeting will be held in a virtual meeting format only. Shareholders will not be able to attend the annual meeting physically.
