(“Tokyo Lifestyle” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: TKLF), a retailer and wholesaler of Japanese beauty and health products, sundry products, luxury products, electronic products, as well as other products in Hong Kong, Japan, North America and the United Kingdom, today announced that Mr. Mei Kanayama, the Representative Director of the Company, has purchased from the open market 110,784 American Depositary Shares of the Company, representing 1,107,840 ordinary shares of the Company, as of January 28, 2025.
