(Nasdaq: ZENA) (FSE: 49Q) ("ZenaTech"), a technology company specializing in AI (Artificial Intelligence) drone solutions driven by Quantum Computing, Drones as a Service, and enterprise SaaS, announces that it has signed an LOI (Letter of Intent) to acquire a workforce scheduling software company with which it plans to develop quantum computing-driven solutions. The software is intended to increase productivity for multinational companies with large and complex workforces and work scheduling challenges such as found in the healthcare, logistics and manufacturing sectors.

ZenaTech signed the LOI shortly before the end of the year. The Company anticipates closing on the acquisition before the end of January 2025.
