Kommuniké från årsstämma i ZetaDisplay AB (publ)

ZetaDisplay AB (publ) (”Bolaget”) avhöll den 21 juni 2023 årsstämma. Vid stämman fattades bland annat följande beslut.

Fastställande av årsbokslut och ansvarsfrihet

Stämman beslutade att fastställa resultat- och balansräkning för Bolaget och koncernen för räkenskapsåret 2022. Stämman beslutade även om ansvarsfrihet för styrelseledamöterna och verkställande direktören för deras förvaltning av bolagets angelägenheter under räkenskapsåret 2022.

Resultatdisposition

Stämman beslutade, i enlighet med styrelsens förslag, att Bolagets resultat ska balanseras i ny räkning, och att någon utdelning således inte lämnas.

Styrelse och revisor

Stämman beslutade om omval av Matthew Peacock, Michael Comish, Nicholas Greatorex, Fredrik Lundqvist, Per Mandorf och Ashkan Senobari till styrelseledamöter. Matthew Peacock omvaldes även till styrelseordförande. Till revisor omvaldes vidare revisionsbolaget Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB.

Stämman beslutade vidare att inget styrelsearvode ska utgå till styrelsens ledamöter samt att revisorsarvode ska utgå enligt godkänd räkning i enlighet med sedvanliga debiteringsnormer.
