Après un T3 en 57% et forte d’un backlog de 580 M€ (+28%), la direction confirmait viser une hausse de l’activité annuelle de l’ordre de 30%. Cela supposait alors un T4 de plus de 100 M€ qui aurait représenté près de 44% de son CA annuel. La mise sous confinement a stoppé nette la dynamique au niveau des ventes aux particuliers (majorité du CA), les signatures chez le notaire ne pouvant plus se faire. Heureusement, le groupe a développé les ventes en blocs ce qui lui a permis d’acter pour 51 M€ de ventes entre le 17 mars et le 31 mars. Néanmoins, certaines ventes en blocs ont été décalées. Le groupe compte déjà sur 40 M€ pour avril.
