Communiqué: emprunt obligataire de 22 M€
Après avoir annoncé le renforcement de ses fonds propres via des Titres Super Subordonnés à Durée Indéterminée à hauteur de 12,3 M€, Capelli a finalisé le 31 mai un emprunt obligataire de type « Euro PP » pour un montant de 22 M€. La maturité de cet emprunt, qui a été monté par les mêmes intervenants que les TSSDI, est de 5 ans avec un coupon de 6,25%.
C’est la plus importante émission obligataire jamais réalisée par Capelli mais aussi le plus bas taux obtenu par rapport aux précédentes émissions.​
