Projet de cession de l'activité micropaiement

​HiPay a annoncé un projet de cession de son activité historique de Micropaiement HiPay Mobile.
Pour mémoire HiPay Mobile a affiché en 2016 un CA de 11,48 M€ (-9,1%), un EBITDA de 5,06 M€ (-6,8%) et un ROC de 3,42 M€ (-12,6%). Cela représentait 37% du CA groupe mais surtout compensait nettement les pertes de l’activité monétique (EBITDA 2016 de -0,4 M€ et ROC de -1,73 M€).
